Please note that the temporary issues affecting some Toshiba TVs on 14/3-15/3/2019 have now been resolved (issue reported TV turning off unexpectedly). If you were affected, your TV should now be working correctly. Note that in order to reconnect to the Freeview Play platform on your TV, you may need to perform a first time installation again and accept the Freeview Play terms and conditions – a reminder of how to get to the FTI menu:

Menu>Settings>Installation>First Time Installation
